You may have noticed my recent lack of posts. Well, I haven't been cooking much as of late. I'm busy focusing on school as the current semester winds to a close. I hope to have a bit more time in the very near future. So, stay tuned.

Until then, I will be on the lookout for some quick (possibly crockpot) meals - and I promise to *try* to update at least once a week!
