rave : trader joe's pizza dough


We're big fans! It's super tasty and just as easy. It's pre-made, thus giving you more time to get creative with toppings! We keep a few packages in the freezer and thaw in the fridge when needed. On this pizza...


Brie, leeks (sauted in butter and olive oil until soft), dried cranberries, prosciutto, and walnuts. Delicious. But, if you choose to recreate, I suggest NOT putting as much brie and leeks as shown. It was extremely rich. But DO reduce a bit of balsamic vinegar to drizzle over the top!
